Regarding defects in the manufacture of equipment, parts and goods, Bepo offers the service of repairs in products during the warranty period, as it is concerned with the total satisfaction of its consumers.

Technical assistance is performed through After-Sales, which has the role of receiving and adequately sorting customer needs, such as; criticisms, compliments, suggestions, doubts and complaints through the communication vehicles below:

All Bepo products have a 12 month minimum warranty in addition to the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), which provides a 90-day warranty.
